How long will I have to wait after I complete my registration?
Everything depends on what kind of job you would like to find and what is the season. In summer the number of seasonal jobs increases so that it is possible to find a job much faster. After having registered at Hirexo you start receiving job proposals. You can also search on our website for various job proposals and contact us by phone in case you find a suitable vacancy.
Where will I be employed: „Hirexo“ or directly in a company?
It depends on the place where you want to work. If you would like to work in Lithuania, then we will take care of all emppyment procedures and social guarantees. If you apply for a job abroad, then you will be employed directy in the country that you applied for.
How much do I have to pay for the service?
It is absolutely free of charge for you.
What documents do I need to have?
All our vacancies in Lithuania and foreign countries are offered for the EU citizens only. For a successful employment you need to posses a valid ID card or passport which is valid for at least 6 months forward.
Is it possible to be employed with a friend or a relative?
Yes, we can help you to find a job where you can live together with your friends or family members and maybe even work together.
How is the salary paid?
All wages and hourly rates depend on the occupation, experience, language skills. Your payment is always transfered to your bank account according to the agreement and job contract you sign with the Employer.
How a trip to work and back is organized?
The issue is handled by our partners. Mostly companies organize cars and minibuses. Also be aware that in the Netherlands many employees are providing bicycles.
What language should I speak if I want to work abroad?
If you are looking for a job abroad, then you should speak one of the following languages: English, German, Polish. In some cases we have vacancies even for those who do not speak foreign language. In order to receive more information about vacancies where foreign language is not required, please contact us.
Do you help with accommodation?
Our partners will always help you to find accommodation as soon as you arrive to the Netherlands or Germany. It can be private houses or dormitories. The price of the accommodation depends on the location where you are going to work. You will be informed about the details in advance.
To whom should I call in case of emergency?
In case of emergency you should call your Employer‘s coordinator. The coordinator is responsible for all daily and emergency cases. You will have your own coordinator assigned as soon as you arrive to the working place.
